2016 - Founding of the MarcoPomaga Foundation
2016 - Acquisition of a 3,46 hectares investment plot for a sum of over 6 million zł.
Using that plot to create the Marco campus - Research and Development
Center, Product and Service Design Center, Business Education Center.
2015 - Implemented the Integrated Management System based on the
ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001 norms and the British BS OHSAS 18001 standard
2015 - Increased employee count to 70
2015 - Commencement of the Marco Business School educational project
2015 - Marco celebrated its 15th anniversary
2015 - CSR budget exceeded 600 thousand zł.
2015 - Submitted the first application for R&D works from the Intelligent
Development Operational Program for years 2014-2020 with
a value of 17 215 778, 45 zł
2014 - We establish our own testing laboratory
2014 - Completion of construction and moving into new headquarters with a total
area of 4 500 m2 together with the production plant
2014 - We start implementing the environmental management system ISO 14001

Marco Organization Culture
Marco does not only stand for the highest quality products and services, or modern, innovative, and automated machine park. Marco, above all, is about exceptional people who, in addition to their passion and commitment, support the values and ideals of corporate social responsibility on a daily basis. Marco Organizational Culture is a collection of fourteen principles and values which signpost the further development of the company. Machinery Park
Our operators are a team of aware of committed people, specializing in the optimization process. Their passion is born in a clean working environment of a very high standard. We have gained our experience over the years of serving customers requiring flexibility and superior quality.
We closely observe every stage of production, paying attention to the details. We draw conclusions and introduce improvements at a continuous basis. With each passing day, we are faster, grow more efficient and more flexible. Designed by our system supports the planning, implementation and monitoring of all processes by which the final product is manufactured. Modern machines use multiple manufacturing techniques such as digital printing and flexographic printing, hot stamping, screen printing and flat and rotary die cutting.
Taking full responsibility for the standards offered, we quite often design our machines ourselves, in co-operation with leading manufacturers in the country and the world.
R&D and Laboratory
Thanks to our habit of seeking the best solutions we aim to be always a step ahead of the competition. We are an innovative and creative company, with a focus on new technologies. Rather than avoid problems, we always consistently strive to solve them.
By gradually increasing spending on research and development, we have created modern facilities to build the prototypes and laboratory. The best measuring and control devices and software for virtual simulation help us to see the critical points of new implementations .
We perform specialized testing of the samples of materials. We put their strength and resistance to changing conditions to test. Our testing procedures are in accordance with global standards such as FINAT, REACH and RoHS. We also carry out inspections of the technical condition of tools used in the printing industry. Each inspection ends with a detailed report in electronic format.
We cooperate with scientific institutions in the country and abroad to implement the innovative products worldwide in the future. The products that solve people's problems and change the world.
